Cottage 7 or 9

$600 per week

(7days / 6 nights) Sunday arrival / Saturday departure.

Arrival/Departure Day is flexible, based on availability and duration of stay.

 

Loon Cottage

$700 p/week**

Rates are inclusive and the same every week, in all four seasons - no surcharges!

** Excludes TV and Internet service at Loon Cottage

 

 

Important Notes:

1. We are happy to offer a $100 discount, per week, for a 4 week min. or longer stay, when paid in advance.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our cottages.  A $250 fee will be collected if any smoking has occurred in any of our Cottages.

3. A cleaning fee will be charged if the Cottage is left excessively dirty and/or with any damages.

4.  All of our cottages are pet friendly*.  *Any non-shedding dog under 30 pounds can stay with no additional charge.  All shedding dogs and cats will be charged $25 per night fee.

 

 
Booking Procedures
If you would like to be a guest, please proceed as outlined below;

  • Preferred cottage

  • Full name (s) of the guest (s)
  • Company name, mailing address, email address and telephone numbers
  • Let us know if any additional services will be required

Once Cottage dates and rates have been confirmed, payment is required to secure your booking.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation/Receipt via email. We will require this to be completed and returned in advance of check-in.

Please be aware that our cottages are all smoke-free. A fee of $250 will be imposed for smoking in any of our cottages.

Payment

Your first weeks stay is payable in full for a booking confirmation. If you are staying for a 4 weeks or longer, your first 4 week stay is payable in full for a booking confirmation. A Booking Confirmation/Receipt will be emailed to you once first payment has been confirmed.

 

1. Company or Cashiers Check or Money Order, when paying in advance.

2. PayPal payments are accepted.*

    *All charges associated with PayPal payments are the responsibility of the guest.

3. Cash is accepted upon check-in.

4. Each subsequent week, or 4 week payment, is payable each Friday of your stay.

5. Payment by credit card is also accepted via PayPal. 

    Please note that a 3.5% credit card processing fee needs to be added for credit card charges. (non-refundable)

 

Cancellation Policy

After booking confirmation and before 30 days prior to arrival, there is a $100.00 charge for a cancelled reservation. Within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your deposit is non-refundable. We will be happy to apply $500 of this non-refundable fee towards a future stay with us.


Arrival Day

We will meet you at the cottage at 4:00pm, on Sunday. A receipt will be given to you for payments received. Payment for additional week (s) can be made at this time. A photo ID and a copy of a credit card will be required at this time. This is taken as a security to cover any losses or damages to the cottage that may occur during your stay.  We will review all necessary items to make you feel at home in your cottage.

 

Departure Day

Check-out time is 11:00am. A review of the cottage will be made to ensure no damages or personal items have been left behind. Any losses or damages can be settled with cash or will be charged to your credit card. We ask that you leave the Cottage in the same condition as when you arrived. Tidy, garbage taken out, and all dirty linens in a pile on the bathroom floor.A cleaning fee will be charged if the Cottage is left excessively dirty and/or with any damages. A $250 fee will be collected if any smoking has occurred in any of our cottages.

 

During your stay

Your privacy and comfort is our biggest concern. When you are a guest in one of our cottages we want you to feel at home, with privacy, peace and quiet. We will not disturb you. If you would like housekeeping services, they will need to be discussed and pre-arranged, as all of our cottages are designed for you to take care of yourself while you are a guest.
