Business still must go on, even when you are in Vacationland, and now there are accommodations in Central Maine specifically suited for you – the business traveler.
Whether you are on a temporary assignment, relocating, or just visiting relatives, our cottages offer services and amenities that a traveler is looking for, plus the comforts of a home. Available weekly (short-term) or longer (extended-stay).
Executive Cottages are freestanding, therefore you will not have to share a hall or a wall! You will have your own private and fully furnished studio cottage, with a private drive, private entrance and all four walls to yourself!
So why stay in just another hotel room, when you can feel at home, and enjoy relaxed living in your choice of one of our Cottages?

Located in the quaint village of Newport, one block from Lake Sebasticook. Convenient to dining, shopping, schools, businesses and I-95 (Exit 157), in Central Maine. When work is done, recreation is right outside of your door to enjoy tennis courts, golf courses, public access to Sebasticook Lake (a short walk away) and rail-trail recreational trails for walking, bicycling, ATVs or snowmobiling in Winter!
An easy commute to Pittsfield (14 Minutes), Bangor and Waterville (26 Minutes), Skowhegan (30 Minutes), Belfast (42 Minutes), and our State Capital of Augusta (40 Minutes). Location

Executive Cottages are privately owned and operated. We strive to provide a "home away from home" for the business traveler, that affords them the experience of being in Maine - "The Way Life Should Be". Accommodations that eliminate the bellman, front desk, lines and a lot of other aggravations, like sharing halls and walls with strangers (Ugh!).
Bring your suitcase, unpack and stay awhile! When you are a guest, you can make yourself at home and consider your fully furnished studio Cottage your very own. Stay with us and you can live like you are on vacation, while actually working -- in Maine!

Our Cottages
575 square foot Studio / 1 bath
Radiant floor heating, air conditioning and on-demand hot water.
Our cottages are private, cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Complete with fully equipped kitchen, with separate dining, living, and sleeping areas. High-speed wireless internet, 32" TV, work space, washer & dryer. Enjoy the outdoor deck which shares a common lawn with the other cottage. Heating and air conditioning for year-round enjoyment.

Rates
$600 per week 1 to 4 weeks (+ ME lodging tax)
$500 per week when more than 4 weeks (No ME lodging tax in most cases)

Stay is based on whole days -- no matter when you arrive or leave (6 day minimum).

Rates are the same for all seasons of the year!
Important Notes

Smoking is NOT permitted inside any of our cottages. A $500 fee will be collected if any smoking has occurred in any of our Cottages.

A cleaning fee will be charged if the Cottage is left excessively dirty and/or with any damages.

Pets will be considered on an individual basis - please contact us for pet policy.
