Credit cards are accepted but will require an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
Company or Cashiers Check or Money Order.
Personal checks if they can clear in time.
After booking confirmation and before 30 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 charge for a cancelled reservation. Within 30 days of arrival, 100% of your deposit is non-refundable. We will be happy to apply $500 of this non-refundable deposit towards a future stay with us. There are no refunds for early departures for stays less than one month.
Arrival / Departure
Since we charge by the calendar day, you can arrive and leave at any hour within both of those days.
During Your Stay
Your privacy and comfort is our biggest concern. When you are a guest in one of our cottages we want you to feel at home, with privacy, peace and quiet. We will not disturb you. If you would like housekeeping services, they will need to be discussed and prearranged, as all of our cottages are designed for you to live self-sufficiently.
